Subject: [DESUSSEX] Immigrants from Turkey

Am researching the Levin W. Hatfield family of Sussex Co., DE. Levin was
born England abt 1806. He married Rachel Vist 02 Dec 1824 in Sussex Co. She
was born in Turkey according to her son, Andrew V., on the 1880 census.

Does anyone else have ancestors who came to America from Turkey? I do not
know when Levin or Rachel came to America.

Would greatly appreciate any information about immigration from Turkey.
