Subject: [DESUSSEX] What can be done about old cemeteries in disrepair.

There's an old cemetery outside of the town of Selbyville, DE. that is in
terrible shape. I discovered that I have GGGGrandparents that are buried
there. Also someone has built a house right next to the cemetery and one of
the gravestones is not very far away from his driveway. I am interested in
finding out who is responsible for these old cemeteries and what can be done
to take care of them. I would certainly be willing to help if I knew where to
start. The cemetery is called the Joe Long Cemetery or The Rural Selbyville
Cemetery. The one in Selbyville is taken care of by a local Lodge. Any
information would be helpful.
