You can obtain Sussex County probate records from the Delaware Archives.
Send an email to the Archives giving the name. date, and county for each
person whose record you want. Note the Archive rule: no more than 5
persons per request. It replies by email giving you the cost. Send copy of
that email via USPS with your check to the Archives. (Or I think you may
be able to call, giving your credit card number.) Include your postal address,
since the probate records are sent via USPS.
