Joseph was born Jan 15, 1781 and died March 16, 1832. He married three times and had fourteen children! He was the son of Peter Marsh and Polly Wilson. See "Paul Marsh" by Baldwin Maull and Helene Carter Potter, published in the "Pennsylvania Genealogical Magazine. (I am a descendant of Dr. Joseph Marsh's Aunt Mary. His Aunt Mary Marsh married John Maull of Lewes.)
