Just a shot in the dark here but noticing not only the name Wright and
Fretwell but also the Peter Fretwell Wright makes me think that you should look into
the Wright's and Fretwell's that immigrated from Derbyshire,Eng in the late
1600's and early 1700's to Burlington and Sussex Counties NJ. A Peter Fretwell
was one of the original proprietors of West New Jersey and Rebecca Stacy a
sister of Mahlon Stacy (another proprietor) married a Joshua Wright. A Wright
family lived at Crosswicks Creek. At the 1682 NJ assembly Joshua Wright and
Thomas Wright were present.
I can tell you a little about this Joshua Wright's family.....

His sister Elizabeth married Peter Fretwell,
he married Rebecca Stacy,
his brother Samuel married 1st Sarah Wright and 2nd Rebecca Kirby,
his brother Thomas married Elizabeth Parker
his brother Robert married 1st Elizabeth Hyerton  2nd Jane Ware
his brother John married Abigail Crispin

........there was also a Martha Wright who bought property with my 10th great
grandfather Samuel Barker & Lady Martha Rhodes.....but I've yet to determine
who her family is, though I suspect a connection as all of these folks had
connections to Samuel Barker in one way or another.

       Well,I hope that this will help you even though it is further back
than what you are looking for. Hopefully not too far back.
