No, my ancestors did. Thus my interest in GENEALOGY, not local politics.

As Mr. Noble's noted, the charter is for a genealogy list. This is
sponsored by ROOTSWEB, not a historic preservation group.

As for Mr. Noble, I have no idea where he lives.
