I'm new to the Devon list. My 6th ggrandfather was John Fawkes, born
1689/90. He immigrated to Pennsylvania, USA, early 1700's. He married a
lady named Ann, born 1693. They were both from England, but that's all I
know. Another Fawkes researcher, in USA, says she was always told by
ancestors that John Fawkes was born in Devonport, but there was no hard
evidence. Are there any other Fawkes researchers or descendants out there
who have info they would like to share? Thank you
