Hi Gary,

>From the book "The Yeomanry of Devon" page 25 states that he joined the Devon Militia, in command he went to Ireland in 1798 to suppress the Rebellion, there is also a list of the Officers of the Regiment of North Devon Yeomanry of 1803. I am sure someone more knowledgeable than I on the list will tell you of further books that are in existence.
