I have just got very excited finding on the Internet a transcription of the 'Morris Directory of Upottery' 1870. It includes Mrs Rachel Wyatt, a cow keeper of Smeatharp. If this is the woman I hope it is she is a very, very old lady!
Does anyone have a copy of the 1861 and 1871 census records to see if she is there and who is the household. I have her on the 1851 with husband Francis and daughter Martha. Martha Wyatt is still in Upottery, unmarried in 1881.
