Nelda,

BOTH are true. I read the forensic journals where they talk about lab
error rate tests. That is where they send the same DNA sample set to
multiple labs and see how many of them return the same results. They
are NOT the quality that we expect from places like Family Tree DNA
and other genealogical DNA testing companies.
