Were the Partisans ever held accountable for war crimes and punished?

Punished??? Far from it. They have been rewarded with promotion and all those assets our Donauschwaben had to leave behind. The biggest crook of them all was Tito himself. The Western Nations including the Soviet Union supported Tito with zillion of 'loans' in a kind of competition war to win Tito over to their side.

And what has Yugoslavia to show for all those 'gifts' they received? Where did the money disappear to? All those former Yugoslavian citizen are poor beggars still.
