I bought an Ordnance Survey Map, Discovery Series, of the Inishowen Peninsula
where my family is from. Many of the townlands that I had been unable to
find on Michelin showed on the OS map.

Mclysaght says McClafferty is from Laverty and places O'Laverty just north
and west of Letterkenny.
