MRS. A. T. DOROTHY

Funeral services for Mrs. A. T. Dorothy, 76, of Ottumwa, who died March 31,
were held at the Jay Funeral Home in Ottumwa Saturday morning. She was the
mother of James A. Dorothy, Keosauqua attorney.

The former Esther Coffman of Fairfield, she was formerly employed at the
Jefferson County clerk's office and later worked at the Ottumwa Chamber of
Commerce. She was a member of the Christian Science Church and the P.E.O.
Sisterhood.

She is survived by her husband, Arthur, son James, and daughter Catherine
Abrahams of Palo Alto, California, and three grandchildren.

NOTE: She was born 03 May 1900 acc. to SSDI.

(A photocopy of this obit is located in Obit Book 2 (1975-1980) found in the
Van Buren County, IA Genealogical Society's collection at the Keosauqua
Public Library in July 1999. Handwritten on the obit is "Record 08 April
1976.")
