Hello, My name is Vera Short, and I'm new to the list. I have ancestors
from England, somewhere? The problems is I don't know where!!! So here
are the people I'm searching for and hopefully someone can help me.

John Short birthdate unknown, location unknown came to Newfoundland, Canada
in the 1840's with his family, spouse unknown.

Daughter:Agnes Short

This is the only child we know of, that doesn't mean it's the only one.

Agnes had a child out of wedlock called: Henry Short b. 1852 in Hall's Bay
Newfoundland Canada, Henry was raised by his grandfather, John, he married
Emily Hewlett and had 13 children. Henry is my ggrandfather.
