Dear all, I noticed a few references to legg's there are loads in Burton
Bradstock, (thanks to Wayne who kindly also told me this). I have managed
to trace my family back to David Legg form askerswell about 1908ish. He was
married in Burton Bradstock and the family lived there until my Great
Grandfather went to sea and settled in Poole. There are a lot of Legg's in
Burton Bradstock I recall someone is looking for Thomas Legg, the brothers
and sisters of David Legg and Jane Hansford are John 1830, Henry 1832,
James 1834, Thomas 1835 in Bradpole?, William, 1836, Jane 1840, William
1840 Ann Andrews Legg? 1845 Hooke, Job, 1859 Ann Eliza 1859 and Elijah
Legg 1859 these were ther baptism dates.I have a few more loose names if
anyone is looking into the Legg's.
If anyone has any information on David Legg as to who his parents were,
that would be great. I've calmed down a bit now!!
