Further to my previous posting, the DOWAGER VICOUNTESS
BRIDPORT in 1825 would have been the widowed (2nd) wife of the
(1st) Viscount BRIDPORT. She was Maria Sophia, daughter of
Thomas Bray of Edmonton. She died at the age of eighty-five in
1831. I apologise for the error in my previous post (comes of
posting before thinking).

Also, please note I have just updated the HOOD Peerage Pedigree
on my web page. It now includes much greater detail on sources,
etc..
