Hi Colin

Thanks for your reply. I am not sure why I did not have these, for some
reason I have no Glanvilles Wootton marriages after 1838. I will have to
check my records again to see why. I know the ones I have are from the BTs
in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, but I thought I had transcribed the PRs for
Wootton, but perhaps not.

I have linked both the marriages in to my database, although to a line that
I am sure is related but which I have not been able to positively connect
yet.

Both of these Downtons had coincidentally had a child by an unknown father
several years before these marriages, Abigail's daughter Mary Jane was
christened 1842 in Glanvilles Wootton, and Sophia's son Charles in 1843,
also in GW. But I know nothing more about either.
