I've had a good look round the Milton area too and can't see any likely
candidate on the old maps site and I have nothing in either 1900
Gazetteer - I'm starting to wonder if it shouldn't be Hinton Parva ie
perhaps there is a transcription error?

The only other Parva(s) I can find are Fontmell Parva and a possible
reference to a Crawford or Craford Parva?

And as you say Parva = Little, small or lesser.

The only other possibility could be that when the village of Milton
Abbas was moved lock stock and barrel in the 1780/90s and rebuilt out of
site of the new owner's house and the abbey by John Damer he apparently
left two cottages - perhaps these cottages evolved as Milton Parva?
