Hello Everyone:

Noticed that some listers from down under are looking for PINHORNs. I
first heard that name when we lived in Newfoundland last year and when I
asked, I was told that there have been many generations of PINHORNs in
St. John's, Newfoundland. I just checked on line and found that there
are only 38 PINHORN phone listings for all of Canada and 23 of them are
in Newfoundland. So perhaps some of your missing ancestors joined many
others in the Southwest of England and emigrated to Newfoundland. There
are a couple of very active Rootsweb lists for that area where you might
get some help. Hope this suggestion of mine is helpful.
