This talk of Motcombe and Enmore Green reminds me - when I was transcribing
the 1841 for Enmore Green yesterday I was struck by the number of cheese
dealers there were - I haven't counted them yet but there must be between
6-10 - and Enmore Green was not very big. Most larger places only have one
or two cheese dealers. Does anyone know why there should be so many cheese
dealers in this one small place?
