You will need to know where it was proved. If it
was proved at the PCC (Prerogative Court of Canterbury) then you will need a
London agent to obtain a copy for you.

Wills proved at the PCC are now available from the PRO site and you can use
credit cards. I got one a few months ago, the wills are delivered via e-mail
and can be obtained outside office hours.
