Many thanks Brian,
It would appear - as usual - that those preparing the White Paper have
given little thought and done even less research on the subject before
they put pen to paper - at least in respect of the historical aspects of
what they are proposing !
It will be interesting to see what sort of botched job they make ?
No doubt all contributions will be well received ;-)
