Just a note to let Listers know that these "Snippets" and BMD Notices are from my own personal transcription work and are as they appear in the newspaper (except where I have used capitals for surnames in mid report). Also unless stated otherwise I have no further information - Saying that I hope there is still something amongst them that may help/interest someone.

HENLEY-HANN.- Aug. 30, at Holy Trinity Church, Yeovil, by the Rev, Cecil J. H. LOCKE, William Wills Henley, of Lyme Regis, to Elizabeth Alice Hann, of Yeovil.
PURCHASE-YOUNG.- Sept. 2, at West Chinnock, by the Rev. Prebendary NEWELL, Mr. Charles Purchase, of Haselbury Plucknett, to Jane, second daughter of Mr. John Young, of West Chinnock.
