Subject: [DOR] OPC Update 1/4 million records & 10,000 MI's !!!
Only 7 months after the Dorset Online Parish Clerk [OPC] Project started, we
have now got well over one quarter of a million records on site and this
includes over 10,000 of B Webber’s Monumental Inscriptions. This would not
have been possible without a lot of hard work by the OPC’s and volunteer
transcribers and donations of transcriptions from listers which has meant
27,649 records being added to the site this month.

The uploading of Brian Webber's MI’s continues and Steve has now put up just
over 10,000 entries, with more still to come.
Photographs of churches/burial grounds are also being added to the site.
These are indicated on the 'Search This Site' page, and where present will
show when you click for more details on a name.
About 5000 new MI's have been uploaded for the following:-
