Hi Listers

I live in South Africa and have joined the list in order to further my research into a branch of my husband's family.

I have the birth certificate of ELIZA EMMA STAFFORD, born to WILLIAM JAMES STAFFORD (maltster) and ELIZA HALBERY on 9 June 1878 in Hunger Hill in Poole. Eliza later married JAMES WILLIAM STRANGE in Dorchester on 3 June 1895.

I should be pleased to hear from anyone with an interest in these names, and also for any information on Hunger Hill, as I do not know the area, although I hope to correct that on an upcoming visit to England.
