Hi Sue!
Assuming you have "Outlook Express":
a. Select Tools
b. " Message Rules
c. " Block Sender List
d. Scroll down to the address which you wish to unblock
e. Select "remove"
You'll be asked if you're sure you want to remove the address from the
blocked list etc
