Subject: OZEMAIL Mail Server Crash

The mail server at Ozemail in Sydney crashed about lunchtime today, and was
down for approximately 7 hours. Despite their assurances that no mail has
been lost, they are wrong.

I read about 20 messages this morning at work, and left them on the server
for downloading at home tonight. I don't know how many messages were lost,
but I can identify two from memory. There are probably others, as only 14
messages were downloaded tonight.

So, if you emailed me since Sunday 11pm and haven't received an expected
reply, or if you submitted a software survey reply from that time until
8.30pm Monday, can you please resend.
