At last, the OFFICIAL LDS site is available - although, as it is still in
testing mode, anything could happen.

Well worth a look at www.familysearch.com

Currently contains the IGI and AF, with reasonable response times - I only
experienced one error in 6 or 7 searches of the IGI (not bad for a testing
site), with responses of about one minute or less.

If leaving feedback comments, beware - any comment is limited to 255
characters, despite the large text box available - and you don't find this
out until you've typed in your voluminous message and tried to send it.
(Yes, that problem was the subject of a separate feedback message from me!)
