Can anyone help ?

I am the first to admit that computerwise I am not very bright , on
second thoughts just plain dumb, I was able to use the above CDs by
going into my hard drive & clicking on Kawaren. Now with a new hard
drive it says I just can't use them.

As they represents a considerable investment I should really like tobe
able to do so.
Is there anyone there who can assist in * plain English* ?
