Hi,
I am looking for any information on a Rhoda Elizabeth HODEL (nee Gummow)
who died in Sydney after 1958.

Rhoda had a son Douglas who was adopted by his aunt because his mother
had become ill and could not care for him. He was then known as Douglas
Hodel Allan. He died in a plane accident in northern NSW during WW2.

These details were found in the Cairns Pioneer Register. I am trying to
find if Douglas Hodel Allan married and had any children. The Hodel
family are planning a gathering next year and we are trying to locate
descendents from this family. If anyone has any information on Douglas
Hodel Allan or his mother Rhoda Hodel, I would be most interested in
talking to you.
