Great site and very easy to use. I ordered my grandfather's birth
certificate today so hopefully I will get it next week.
One trick though - when you enter the surname, etc for the person whose
certificate you want, you have to use upper case. I did this in the first
instance and up came grandpop's details, but the second time I did it
(because I made a boo boo with the payment details and had to start again!!)
I used lower case and it came up with no record. That had me confused until
I tried again with upper case. And the less info the better - I first tried
Charles Herbert Astley which came up with no record and then tried just
Charles Astley. He then appeared registered as Charles H.
Thanks for putting us on to this site.
