I am not refering here to junk email . Got that near enough under control

These pesky things are junk / or unsolicited web pages that just appear.
Dont have to be in IE for these just to appear , just on line

Sometimes these are small oblongs headed Messenger Service which are
usually the yuk ones , other times close to full screen size

I hoped SKS on the DPS site would have a solution as to how to stop these
?????????
