Hi Phyllis,

I had the same problem but now it works. Don't know what I done to make it
work.

I did notice a note early this week that if you have this problem just log
on to a web site then do a manual update. It did mention the preferred site
is Symantec.

Otherwise someone on the list may have the answer for all of us.
