Subject: SPAM, SPAM & more SPAM

Dear Listers

Using my trusty Mailwasher program I just
downloaded my mail . There were 56 messages
since 11pm last night. Of them I pinged 39
as SPAM ......... were a couple of supposed
ANZ/ WESPAC , and Nigerian ones heaps of
medication ones and the odd mortgage and
insurance & porn
I downloaded the rest and found I'd missed a
SPAM !

To ping 40 out of 56 is getting beyond the
pale

I am loathed to put a spam trap in my email
address but going to have to do something
I have a very long black list and mail
filters but this cant copy with purposely mis
spelt words

In 2004 SPAM is getting to deluge
proportions and I am getting sick of it .
Its starting to take the fun out of the
Internet

Mailwasher is great but does anyone know of
anything better ?
