Can you get to the Battye Library ? I would think they'd have the
electoral rolls for all States ...... From 1990 these are in alpha order by
State .

Since the Electoral Commison moved the access goal posts last July the
State Libraries and the Elec Comm Head offices are only places that have
all rolls for all States
