MOFFATT, Lily - Passed away peacefully Suffolk Park Nursing Home. February
4, 1997. Dearly loved by each and every member of her family. Loved and
respected by all who knew her. Peace at last. Privately cremated Lismore,
February 6, 1997.

from publication of this notice an Application for Probate of the Will dated
19th April 1990 of Lily Moffatt late of Lennox Head in the State of New
South Wales, Widow, deceased will be made by John Vivian Joseph Horlock the
Executor named in the said Will. Creditors are required to send particulars
of their claims upon her estate to R.W.S. Reid Solicitor, 165 River Street,
Ballina NSW 2478. DX27746 Ballina.
