Greetings All.

I have just been advised, once more, that due to circumstances beyond our control, the expected announcement from Industry Minister Rock has been delayed once more. This time until tomorrow morning. I am assured that it is unlikely there will be any further delays.

I will be getting up very early in the morning in anticipation of receiving a call from Ottawa advising that the announcement has been made. As soon as I know, you will know.
