Hi Jan,
Candy abstracted MCR- 794, the one you refer to, and
can answer your question more exactly, but usually the
first page or page and a half of the testimony
contain the information we abstract. This part of the
testimony is in the form of questions and answers with
a number of extra questions to repeat or clarify the
information. The rest of the testimony consists of
general statements by the lawyers and transcribers and
other trial information that is mainly legalese and is
repeated in every testimony.
Sometimes the question and answer part is longer,
for example, the one by David Tunnell in MCR-788.
