Hello,

I have just joined this Listing.
Building on much research done by a distant cousin in Toronto, Canada
and others in New Zealand and Scotland we now have a McVittie Family
Tree dating back to a James McVittie born abt 1650 in Murtholm
(Langholm, Dumfriesshire). The Tree now runs to over 1200 people.
I have carried out a search on previous listings and have extracted some
information which I will review to see if their are any matches.

Any information on McVitties anywhere is always welcome.
