In my search for the branch of my ROGERSON family from Tinwald, Dumfries
who settled in the Paris/London Ontario region of Canada, I came across
the following Death Registration:

County of Oxford, Division of Blenheim.
Surname of Deceased: ROBINSON
Christian name:Margaret
Age:78 y. 11m [she would be born in Nov 1840]
Date of death:Oct 13 1918
Place of birth: Dumfries, Scotland
Place of death:Plattsville, [Ont]
Place of burial: Chesterfield[just west of Plattsville,nr Kitchener]
Occupation:Housekeeper,Widow.
Name of Father:Bell, John
Cause of death:Dilation of Heart
Name of Informant:Baird, James.Plattsville

May be of some use to someone! I have a copy of the registration if
