That is not quite true. Blood group O is the most widely distruibuted on the
planet. My husband is B which is high among North American Indians and
Mongoloid populations (with individual areas of different frequency).He has
no drop of either group in his tree.
If you were to do a full genotype workup then you might be able to get high
probabilities. But here again there is a problem. With the movement of
various population groups over time - ie the Mongols, Attila the Hun, the
Roman legions ect. No population can be assumed to have no "foreign"
admixtures.
