Judi,

I have 2 families that migrated from Dumfriesshire to Canada in the
1820-1840 period.

1. John HENDERSON, born Dumfriesshire, Scotland in 1814

2. Jannet THOMPSON, born Dumfriesshire, Scotland in 1820

It appears they came over separately with their families and somehow found
there way to Galt, Ontario where they were married in 1841.
