I can't do the 1841 Census, but the 1821 Census of Annan has:

LOCHBANK
Walter Mitchel and his Spouse
Joseph and Mary

Joseph and Mary are presumably either the son and daughter of
Walter, or son and daughter-in-law. Suggests that Joseph had by
1841 produced a son and named him for his father, Walter Mitchel.
(I'm surprised they didn't call their child Jesus).

For what it's worth, Walter Mitchel isn't listed in the 1801 or 1811
Censuses for Annan, so he may have moved there.
