Thanks for your reply. John CARLYLE ( 1768-1833) married Mary BARTON
(1761-1847). I am unsure of when and where they married, but are both
buried in the Dalton parish church yard. They were living in Linklandburn,
when their daughter Isabella was baptised in 1800. Do you have this couple
on your data base?
