Hi Listers,

I received an old letter today and have discovered a Margaret Cron (one of
mine!) who married somebody Hyslop who either was or became a farmer near
Castle Douglas. This letter was written in about 1878. The couple had 4
children, 2 boys and 2 girls. I don't know where Castle Douglas was, in what
parish it was or even for sure if it was in Dumfriesshire. Margaret's daddy
was born in the parish of Kirkpatrick Fleming. Can anyone help, help, help?
If there is someone out there related to this family I'd be past delight!
