Hi Don

RCE. Register of Corrected Entries

On death certs this is normally the result of an enquiry or Post Mortem,
always worth checking. On a birth cert it is often a change of name or a
paternity case.

Subject: [D-G LIST] "See Reg. of Cor or Cox Satrus?? Vol 1, P 15,
June19th 1865"

Can anyone help me to unravel the meaning and significance of the following,
which was written, in the margin of the death certificate of an ancestor :

"See Reg. of Cor or Cox Satrus?? Vol 1, P 15, June19th 1865" ?

I would be extremely grateful for any help.

Many thanks to those who responded to my request for information about
payment for bdm registration.

Best wishes

Donald
