My GG Grandfather was married in 1861 at 'Foggiehall in the parish of Penpont' according to his marriage cert. I can't find it anywhere.

Any chance anyone knows where/what FOGGIEHALL is??

Also his place of residence is stated as 'FELL BALMACLELLAN' Does that mean he just lived on the fell? He was a shepherd.
