Just received a message from a contact about a virus not, at the time, detected by Norton or McAfee. It attaches to address book and sits quietly for 14 days before damaging system. It's sent automatically to contacts in address book, whether or not you send emails to your contacts. I got it and got rid of it.
Virus is called jdbgmgr.exe . Easy to get rid of
1. Go to Start, Find or Search option.
2. In the files/folders option, type the name jdbgmgr.exe
3. Search C drive and any others you may have.
4. Click "Find Now". The virus has a teddy bear icon with the name jdbgmgr.exe
DO NOT OPEN IT
5. Right click on the file to highlight it
6. Now select "delete" and it will go to the Recycle Bin.
7. Go to the Recycle Bin and empty it as well

IF YOU FIND THIS VIRUS, CONTACT ALL PEOPLE IN YOUR ADDRESS BOOK WITH THIS MESSAGE SO THEY CAN CHECK AND DELETE

Really sorry that I've probably passed this on to you

Regards

Jennifer
