Laura, Linda and David,
This gets interesting! That would indicate possibly 3 different Noble
Dundas lived in Ontario. Laura, in order to be conclusive, I guess a search
of the Cavan records would be in order. They would be at the National
Archives in Dublin. Quite a coincidence with Robert's son Noble also being
born in 1806. I do know that there were a number of marriages between NOBLEs
and DUNDASs later in the 1800s in Fermanagh.

Hi- I was reading the thread regarding Noble Dundas. My Great-great
GrandFather was a Noble Dundas, listed as having been born in 1806, but my
family states that he was born in Co. Cavan Ireland, died on 6/11/1868, and
was buried in Shields Cemetary, Omimee Ontario Canada. He was married to
Margaret Ann Maxwell of Canada. One of his children was William Evans
Dundas, born on 10/29/1863 in Ontario, my great Grandfather. I have
information, also, that this Noble Dundas's father was a William George
Dundas, born on 1/27/1773 in Ireland, and that William George's father was a
Henry Dundass (additional S).
Any possible connections?
