There is a Marchbanks family there according to the Cleveland FHS index:
HO107/2385 folio304.
Christopher 3 b Walker NBL
Edward 23 -do-
Isabella 5 -d0-
Jane 45 Tanfeld Dur
John 19 Walker
Margaret 11 -do-
Robert 7 -do-

The reason I know that 304 is Blue Row is that my ggrandparents and family
lived there. I don't think that Blue Row still stands. It would be just to
the right after the railway bridge as you come down South Church Lane/Road
off Newgate Street. The houses look much more recent than 1851. It wasn't
all miners as my gg grandfather was a nailor (and pauper by this stage).
